Dr. Lewis is licensed in Ohio, Massachusetts, and Washington State, and primarily practices as a Behavioral Scientist and Forensic Disability Consultant. Dr. Lewis is Board Certified in Forensic Disablity Evaluations, Psychopharmacology, and Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. Dr. Lewis is a Clinical member of the American Academy of Medical Hypnoanalysis, and a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Academy for Marriage and Family Therapy.
